This is one of our most effective tools for determining air leakage. Although your home has walls, floors, ceilings and a roof, you may very well be heating and cooling the neighborhood. If your home isn’t properly sealed the amount of heated or cooled air that you lose through the wall, floors, and attic could be costing you literally hundred$ upon hundred$ of dollar$ each year.
We use the Minneapolis Blower Blower Door to pull or push air through your house to find the leaks. Once we find them they can be sealed. A caulking gun and a trip to the local home supply store can $ave you lots of money. Click here to read about effective caulking products and their usage.
